A washed Ethiopian coffee with a distinctive tea-like quality and clean profile. Customers praised its balance, brightness, and great value, noting flavors of apricot, peach, lemon, and stone fruit. Some found it somewhat underwhelming, describing it as pleasant but subtle, with citrusy notes that didn't stand out prominently.

Coffee/Tea

As mentioned - this one has a nice, sweet tea flavour. It's a good mix of quality vs. value, I'll have to try some others from this roaster.

Citrusy insipidity

A nice roast, but this coffee feels somewhat underwhelming for a washed Ethiopian. Tea-like with notes of semi-sweet lemonade and grapefruit.

Pleasant cup

First time drinking Father’s. This was a nice medium light roast profile on this washed coffee. There was a nice tea base to this coffee with nice but subtle lemon and stone fruit acidity. Nothing jumped out of this cup, was just pleasant.

Balanced, Clean

I use Hario V60 with 4:6 brewing. The cup is clean and balanced. Closer to apricot than lemon in the tasting note, with a bit peach. Great price
