For orders within Canada under $75, a flat shipping rate of $10 applies.

The coffee undergoes a meticulous multi-stage fermentation process, including 24 hours in wooden hoppers and a dry fermentation in ceramic tanks, before a final temperature-regulated soak. This careful handling and 12-15 days of drying on raised beds results in a clean and expressive profile featuring zesty grapefruit acidity, the sweetness of cane sugar, and a juicy cherry finish
