Different in a good way

Unique for an ethiopian coffee to give these tasting notes for sure. It is somewhat fruity but not in a funky way, and not in an overtly juicy way either. I do find it interesting that it is listed as 'ultralight' roast which compared to other S Ontario roasters this is not, but the flavour doesn't dissapoint. Recommend giving it a try for something unique, will take some time to dial this one in.
