Like all Oatly oat drinks, Extra Creamy has that good unsaturated fat that contributes to maintaining a recommended cholesterol level if you let it replace the saturated fats in your daily diet. And while that might sound wholesome, the taste is decadently rich enough to make you feel like you're breaking at least one social rule.
