Feel free to use more if you prefer it stronger; our CHEMEX® Coffeemaker brewing process eliminates bitterness and acidity.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cem\u003eLet It Bloom\u003c\/em\u003e\u003cbr\u003e Once you have brought the appropriate amount of water to a boil, remove it from the heat and allow it to stop boiling vigorously.
